Adjoin Homes specializes in providing tailored mid and short-term accommodations in Central London for discerning travelers. Our aim is to ensure comfort, convenience, and impeccable service during business trips, medical visits, or leisure excursions.
Our conviction has always been that people want both flexibility and ownership from housing. How do you achieve these seeming contradictory aims? Well, our idea – since 2020 – was a combination of ownership – so you benefit from any income stemming from the property – and utilisation – so you benefit from using the property – tokens.
How do you provide this service as a company: well one way is to buy the property and fractionalise it (the “Flow way”); Adjoin is trying to devise another – very capital and asset-light – way via a combination of rent-to-buy (ownership) and short-term (flexibility) tenancies. For the time being these are separate but the vision is to merge them in the future.
Our goal in the next few months is to build our portfolio of properties so that we have the scale to move to this next stage.

When we say circular, we mean it. The majority of our furniture is sustainably sourced, used, and refurbished. While we never compromise on quality or safety, we go the extra mile by sourcing appliances from local sellers and adorning our properties with unique masterpieces that have minimal environmental impact. We take pride in delivering utility, ergonomics, design, and sustainable furniture.
